Dr. W. McIver Leppard is loved by his patients young and old, many of whom have recommended his services to friends and family impressed with the results. His quality outcomes and patient satisfaction make him a favorite among referring physicians.
Dr. Leppard is board-certified in General Surgery by the American Board of Surgery and board-certified in Plastic Surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He received his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, where he also completed an internship and residency in general surgery, and a fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
Dr. Leppard is a member of South Carolina Medical Association, the American Medical Association and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
When not in the operating room, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, as well as fly fishing, swimming, and kiteboarding in the beautiful waters of South Carolina.
Emily Parker received her Masters of Physician Assistant (PA) from Augusta University in 2017. Prior to attending PA school she received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Presbyterian College. Specializing in General and Plastic Surgery, she is also certified in Advanced Care Life Support and Basic Life Support. Emily’s current clinical interests are in skin care, reconstructive surgery and clinical research. As a native of Columbia she has grown up being a part of the Providence family. Emily is an active member of the South Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants (SCAPA). Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, as well as venturing out and staying active.
