Dr. G. Conrad Bauknight graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in 1986 and completed an internship and residency in internal medicine at the Medical College of Virginia. He also completed a fellowship in Cardiology and Electrophysiology at the University of Iowa. Board certified in internal medicine, cardiology, and electrophysiology, he is a Certified Cardiac Device Specialist by the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners. His expertise includes the diagnosis and management of heart rhythm abnormalities, the implantation and management of cardiac devices, and the management of complex medications used to treat cardiac conditions. Reinvigorated through faith, Dr. Bauknight enjoys spending time with his wife and five children. They enjoy Carolina football and baseball, and are longstanding USC basketball fanatics.
