Sleep Disorders

Sleeping is just as essential to good health as diet and exercise.

Chronic sleep disorders, such as insomnia, sleep apnea, narcolepsy or restless leg syndrome require medical attention and support. If you are concerned that you may have a sleep disorder, your physician can order a sleep study.

Where you go for that sleep study is your choice. We suggest the Providence Sleep Disorders Center, where your sleep will be monitored by the doctors of Midlands Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine—all of whom are Board-certified in sleep medicine.

Feeling safe, comfortable and relaxed is essential to a good night’s sleep. That’s why our state-of-the art sleep lab facilities are designed with your comfort in mind. During your stay, we will record your heart rate, breathing patterns, oxygen levels and brain and muscle activity to determine which treatment option is the best for you.

Providence Sleep Disorders Centers are located at: 110 Gateway Corporate Blvd, Suite 150, Columbia, SC 29204 and 1655 Bernardin Ave, Suite 350A, Columbia, SC 29204. For more information about the services provided, call 803-253-7575.
