Dr. Lone completed his medical school at Government Medical College Srinagar, Kashmir, India, and did his residency in internal medicine and fellowship in cardiovascular disease from Albert Einstein College of Medicine affiliated hospitals in Bronx, New York. He also completed a fellowship in interventional cardiology at State University of New York Downstate Medical Center -Health Science Center in Brooklyn, New York. He is the Director of echocardiography and vascular laboratory at Providence Cardiology and is an interventional cardiovascular specialist at Providence Health, a hospital system with a nationally-recognized heart program. He is also a clinical assistant professor of medicine at University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia, SC. He is certified in Interventional Cardiology, Cardiovascular Disease, Endovascular Medicine, Adult Comprehensive Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology, Physician Vascular Interpretation, Vascular Technology, and Hypertension.
Dr. Lone is also part of the Providence Vein Center team.
